Q. Do you guarantee the repair work?
A. Yes,car care guarantee all body and paint work for the Life-time you own the vehicle, in addition to this, all parts are guaranteed for 12 months as per the manufacturers guarantee.
Q. My Vehicle Manufacturer Dealer states that I must have accident repairs undertaken by a dealer bodyshop or my warranty will be invalidated. Is this true?
A. No. All products used are manufacturer approved and we can undertake work to any make of vehicle and give the same guarantees as detailed above.
Q. Can I choose when I have my car collected and delivered?
A. We will endeavour to indicate morning or afternoon appointments which will be agreed with you in advance, however we do respectfully ask you to be as flexible as possible as traffic and unforeseen delays can sometimes impact upon this.
Q. Will all the damage I have pointed out be undertaken?
A. When dealing with Insurance claims, we are only able to undertake the work which has been approved by the Insurance Company that is paying for the repairs. If you are unhappy with the engineers decision it is important you contact your Insurance Company immediately.
Q.Will you carry out any other work I would like doing at the same time?
A. Yes. It is cost effective to have additional work carried out at the same time as another repair, please speak to one of our estimators for a detailed estimate.
Q. Will you investigate any existing problems with my vehicle?
A. We carry out a complete vehicle check before commencing work, with any damage or faults being noted. If you suspect any electrical fault to have been caused by the accident you must specifically inform your Insurance Company of this fault. We can only investigate this problem if it is authorised by your Insurance Company and not deemed to be an existing fault or the result of fair wear and tear.

Q. Will my car be driven by road?
A. We may drive your vehicle by road unless you have specifically requested us not to do so in writing eg: Your vehicle may need a road test if it has had suspension repairs.
Q. Will genuine manufacturer parts be used when replacements are required?
A. Some Insurance Companies instruct us to use non genuine parts on vehicles over a certain age, please refer to your policy document wording.
Q. Will my vehicle be valeted upon completion of the repairs?
A. No, it will be cleaned - but this is not a full Valet! We are asked by your Insurance Company to remove any dirt we may have caused during the repair process, wipe down the dash board, vacuum the interior and wash off the outside. That's it! However you could upgrade to a Valet - price on application.
Q. What kind of courtesy car will I be provided with?
A. All our courtesy cars are 'A' sized vehicles i.e Polo's Fiestas Corsas.
Q. How long will it take to repair my car?
